Banana cake

I had too many ripened bananas at home the other day so I had to use them up in baking. The recipe I used is from http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Banana-Cake-VI/Detail.aspx

I made a batch of mini cupcakes using this recipe for work, and my coworkers loved them. 


The cake was moist and the cream cheese frosting was delicious. I did find the cream cheese frosting to be a bit dry when I was mixing it, so I added a teaspoon of milk to soften it up. And as usual, I cut the sugar amount in the cake and frosting by half.
