Pacific Institute of Culinary Art

RN has graciously invited EN and I to visit her at her school. I was really excited since I've never been to a culinary school before. RN gave us a wonderful tour of the school and we had a good look at the works

done by the students. Then we ate at the bakery which features the desserts created by the advance students. Since we were there around closing time, they only had a few things left. RN highly recommended the Pasawa thing, but my heart was attracted to the chocolate mousse cake thing. It was delicious. Next time though, we will try the Pasawa thing.
