For Christmas, I made a batch of blueberry crumble muffins. I know it's not very "Christmasy", but we had some frozen blueberries in the fridge, I had to use them up, so please bear with me.
These blueberry muffins tasted pretty good, but they didn't look very good. My crumbles weren't very successful, they actually melted into the muffins, creating an orangy type of look. I need to figure out a way to make my crumbles stay crumbly.
Anyways, if you are interested in the recipe, it can be found here. The only alteration I made to the recipe is that I omitted the cinnamon since I'm not a big fan of blueberry cinnamon combination.
