Sweet potato casserole

My dad came home with a huge bag of sweet potatoes, so I had to figure out a way to use it up. What's a better way than making a sweet potato casserole? I know it's not Christmas or Thanksgiving, but who said you can't eat sweet potato casserole any other day? =P

I followed the recipe exactly. Everything was perfect except for the sweetness of it. I found it to be too sweet, so my next time of making this, I will definitely put less maple syrup. Otherwise, I thought it was just right.
